Warren Howe

A true Oregonian….. I was born in Multnomah County and have been a resident of Washington County for the past 30 years. I have never left nor do I ever intend to. I find great joy in raising my children in the same area I grew up myself. I have two children Garrett (8) and Madison (5) as well as a wonderful wife Tricia. We enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities ranging from simple walks with our dog “Jack” to remote back country camping trips.

Prior to getting in this crazy Mortgage business in 2004 I was self employed as a General Contractor, complete opposites at a glance but actually quite similar. There is one main similarity that attracted me to both professions and that is getting to meet and help others in my community everyday. I find Oregonians themselves to be as diverse as the outdoor activity opportunities this great State has to offer.

My plans for the future consist of whole lot more of what I am doing right now; helping people obtain home loans, raising my children and trying to enjoy everyday. I have made a long term commitment to the mortgage business and that passes on to all past, present and future clients. My goal is not only to help you with your lending needs but to help your friends, family and even your children. I consider a referral from a past client to be the highest level of complement possible and I am eger to earn each and everyone of those referrals. I feel my keen attention to detail and ability to relate with my clients makes for an enjoyably smooth transaction. It is my ability to communicate clearly and in depth knowledge about the programs available that allows me to provide the best possible loans delivered with the highest level of customer service.
